Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time is separate from the delivery time. Pre-sale products may require a longer lead time — details are provided on the product page.
Delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method. Please note that shipping times refer to business days and exclude weekends, holidays, or local non-working days.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping (Registered Airmail) Free worldwide shipping for eligible orders. Delivery typically takes 10–25 business days depending on destination and local carriers.
- Express Shipping (DHL / FedEx) Faster delivery within 5–7 business days. Please note that express shipping is subject to additional cost and local customs clearance requirements.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be longer in remote areas or due to local customs processing.

Delivery Areas
We ship to most countries worldwide directly from our EU warehouse. Some regions may not be eligible for delivery due to logistical or legal restrictions. If your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us for assistance.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number is provided for every order once it has shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your delivery status.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All orders shipped within the EU are delivered duty-paid (no customs fees). For non-EU countries, local customs fees and taxes may apply according to the laws of your country. VoltusBox is not responsible for these charges.
Returns Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your VoltusBox purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided that:
- The product is unused and in its original packaging.
- You provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
- The item is returned in good condition without damage.
