6. Returns & refunds

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law. To exercise this right, contact us at support@voltusbox.eu. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

We may refuse refunds for items that are damaged, used, or not returned in original condition, except where goods were defective or misdescribed.
