VoltusBox Warranty Information
All VoltusBox portable power stations are covered by a manufacturer warranty of 2–5 years, depending on the model. The exact warranty period for your unit is specified on your product page and purchase invoice.
What is Covered
- Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Battery performance issues not related to misuse or external damage.
- Internal electronic failures that prevent the product from operating as intended.
What is Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper storage.
- Normal wear and tear (including cosmetic scratches or minor dents).
- Water or weather damage if the unit is used outside its rated IP protection.
- Modifications, third-party repairs, or use of non-approved accessories.
Warranty Period
The warranty coverage depends on the product line:
- PowerMax 2400: 2 years
- PowerMax 3600: 3 years
- PowerMax 6000: 5 years

How to Claim Warranty
- Contact our support team at support@voltusbox.eu with your order number, product serial number, and a description of the issue.
- Our team may request photos, diagnostics, or return of the product for inspection.
- If approved, VoltusBox will repair or replace the unit at no cost to you, subject to the terms of this warranty.
Returns & Shipping
Customers are responsible for safely packaging and shipping the product back to our service center. If the warranty claim is approved, VoltusBox covers the cost of repair or replacement and return shipping.

This warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from VoltusBox.eu or authorized distributors. It is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
